Default Ohhhhh its nearly ready to start :D

The E30 is very very very nearly ready to start - waiting for a 2wd oil cooler to arrive and then that can be fitted and plumbed up and the coolant system can be filled, also atattch the fuel lines, then the car can be started

A very very full engine bay

To say i'm happy is an understatement And she'll be rather loud when started due to no exhaust, but what the hell The exhaust can be made another day

using one of the BMW carclub UK insurers - they offer specialist insurence at excellent rates, no matter how modified your bmw may be

Cheers Sunny - only wish the bugger would be as fast as your fiesta at the top end

Seriously tho, there were a couple of bits I needed help with - 1, I can't make PAS pipes, as I don't have the equipment, but it only cost me Ł12 for a cash job on them

and the propshaft is obviously a specialist job too

Matt - the YB engine is lighter than the M20 6 pot engine I removed, and is similar weight to the M3 engine, complete with full M3 running gear, it should, in theory, drive like an M3

As requested by Stu - This is my garage - as you can see, it only just fits a car, the cossie was a tight squeeze length ways, but there is room to get down the sides easily enough

And i've built a rolling kitcar chassis in there before now aswell
