Right putting a zetec into my base model in next few days, couple of things i need to check if anyone can help

Whats best radiator to use? mk5 escort doesn't fit and mk4 escort radiator doesn't seem to have right outlets?

Fan belt? power steering pump has gone so will need shorter belt? i'm thinkin XR2i 16v belt cos don't think my old one had power steering?

i used a mk3 escort radiator for mine so straight from header tank to rad in the middle lug

i took my power steering pump off and used all zetec stuff and just trial and error with a load of fans belts carnt remember which one you need though

or you can use a mk 3 fiesta alternator bracket and alternator and completely remove the alloy bracket on the front of the engine with the zetec stuff i think you can use the cvh fan pully aswell to make this work
