went there 2002/3 ish cant remember, avoid the casbar from memory, moody as fuck, the irish bit from memory was the plase with the decent amosphere, tho alot changes in these resorts in just a few years!

still a top place would/will go back there

Been to Maspolomas twice - second time was mainly because of the cracking time we'd had in a pub called Moon & Stars - but when we got back it had changed hands and became an "Irish" pub except with San Miguel signs and flamenco music - I kid you not!!! Real disappointment.

The place itself is good for relaxing but I heard there are some good dlubs (not my thing) and the transvestite show is meant to be a real laugh, but the noody beach is full of fat scary Germans and best avoided.

And it was REALLY hot.
