G'DAY POSSOMS
hey you ugly bunch
just checking in on things
work seems to be going fine for me over here, got at least 2 months in front of me, putting in for 2 units this morning, should know by the end of the day if we have been accepted. bit dearer than we wanted to pay but there brand new and flash as fook.
still aint found an old smoker to get by on yet, went to look at an old falcon yesterday , but seemed fine just didnt have no power so had to leave it. will have to have another look about during the week

well we are going to rent first off tiff. and because we want to be right on the beach you pay for it. for the same money we pay for a unit on the beach we could get a big house if we moved outwards by 15 mins

As I am sure you will find there are 1000s of us Ex pats here and even some by choice
I am sure you will love it
A unit is the term used here for a flat or small 2 up 2down type of dwelling with not alot of land if any. (having said that my place is called a unit but in English would be a 2 bed semi bungalow with garage and garden )Normally on or very close to the beach

as ozcos says tiff 
the units we are looking at ,1 is 2 bed ( but is big enough for the 4 of us ), 1 is 3 bed, both have 2 balconies
and double garages

We have rented a couple of units. Great for couples just starting out but hope yours are bigger than the 2 bed ones we had with 2 cats
Must be nice to finally arrive and look to build a home. My moving was all over the place, shipped stuff over about 3 years worth of trips but it is nice to be able to call it home.

theres some nice cars out here aswell, same i aint got the money to buy anything decent at the mo.
