put a engine in ma mercury grey rs a got and it wont fire up.looks like fueling as when i took injector out and turned it over theres no fuel unless you press the metering head flap down and then it sprays out.could it be one of these problems as i found out late last nite
rocker cover didnt have a gasket and inlet manifold gasket didnt look to hot either.a see the metering head has a breather pipe that goes to top of engine,could the fact there is no rocker cover gasket be making it not have enuf pressure to pull metering head flap down...if that makes sense.any help would be appriciated.cheers
