Few questions about my saph 4x4. Im not very technically minded so dont laugh at me guys !!

1. Ive had a new engine from a Escort put into my car with 56k on it. It generally runs fine. It starts fine from cold but if i have been for a decent run and stop the car and start it again it turns over for ages. Sometimes it eventually kicks in or i leave it for a while to cool down. It doesnt appear to be over fuelling, no smell of fuel anyway ? New spark plugs didnt get put in with the engine. Could it be something as simple as that ?

2. Having got the new engine put in would it be a good idea to put it in for a tune ?? Anyone know anywhere decent that does this near aberdeen ?

3. The car has been chipped but i dont know what kind. Is it easy enough to find out by opening up where the ecu etc. sits and having a look ?

4. Ive got the standard cossie alloys on my car and need new front tyres. What are a good, reasonably priced tyre for them ??

The receipt for the turbo that came with the car just said hybrid. Not sure what type. It says M4 garrett down the side ?

dark blue are also standard...

theyre more or less the same as yellows, but they were used in the later 4x4 engines
