National Day Track Peeps - Roll Call and readyness...
So who is actually on track, i know a few have dropped out and who is actually ready.
I need car mapping, Gearbox and suspension geometetry doing LOL oh and slicks
SO might not be ready...

I aint started my engine yet, and I still have to put a beam/diff on it, put some seats in, and plumb some temporary fuel system up...............

sorry dingy, that wasn't aimed directly at you. just meant it generally so that people could post up on this post why they wouldn't be running.
and no dingy, the world is not full of perfect people - but germany is
the way i see it though, you're either passionate about doing it or not. i know that i would be if i were in the country. and i would make damn sure, one way or another, that my car was ready. as tiff says, work through the night and get her done.

Mike - Picked up pons sump, going to see him today, but its difficult to get about with no job and no money.
Same reason i might not be ready, its got fuck all to do with anything else.

Gearbox in bits at the mo - to find out why it popped out a core plug at Llandow. 
Adam you not fitted the seat yet ? I know its a long way but if you bring it up here we will do it for you at the weekend
Dingy I got plenty 13" slicks on Ford rims but I guess you need 15's ?

still waiting on ecu and thats me done
looks like i will be in the xr2 on satday due to noise levels but on sunday no exhaust and screemer pipe is going to be cool
ding i can bring corner weights and geomatry stuff over to notts if you need a hand

Cheers Brom, but can't afford zoo's rates 
Going to get that done tomorrow so geometry should be sound even if gearbox is fooked.
Job interview monday if all goes well i will get a box for the weekend

pass was cashed a month ago
have run out of "car money" right now
car is running sound as per (ok arches would need further trimming or new springs fitting or summat for track use but nowt major)
i just cant offord to break it at the mo cos theres too many other things i want non car related
found out on monday that gearbox has started leaking so i may have bust it already
car aint a priority, its a hobby....just a fookin expensive one .........stick to golf its cheaper

Errr almost ready
Just needs new tappets,front and rear brakes fitting,oil cooler fitting,poly bushes fitting and still waiting for my oil breather from turbosystems!
Getting that all sorted from this weekend
Need some srf brake fluid too (Dingy )

Im there on saturday ,
Need new clutch ,
have slicks and road tyres but want another intermediate set .
after last weeks strip action , i realy need to strip some weight out the car ,
oh and the starters gone .
I will be ther tho .

So much still to do!!!!!!
Need to borrow a set of 17s in the right offset to put my slicks on or run my pony old wheels..........
Still to do:
Drive to Brum and get my beam.
Fit beam, prop, and gearbox mount (possibly).
Fit manifold, turbo, exhaust.
Fit seats.
Run fuel lines and fit pumps.
Run brake lines.
All fluids and spanner checks.
Replace tyre.
MOT.
