Default Sold our house in 36hours

and it wasn't even on the market Only 6 months earlier than planned but we got the deal we were after so why not, it saves a load of agro.

The upside to the mad panick we now find ourselves in is that once we're in and settled it means new car time

Anyone got a nice 4 bed detached, east of warwick or Leamington spa. Must have double garage !!

I've been soo busy with work and the new job Stu, I'm hardly having time to train myself. Just as things were settling down this has thrown everything up in the air again hay-ho

Lee, we got more than the valuation and what we were expecting so we're happy

Kev, if we don't find somewhere pretty quickly, I'll be with the in-laws

The only benefit is the huge amount of wedge which we'll save.

It certainly is, we gave up after soooo many dickheads coming around putting in offers, wthdrawing offers, offering £20K less, picking fault etc etc etc.....

you'd think you were buying a bag of potato's not a chuffing house LOL!

well all the best hope you have more luck than me the people we are buying off keep loosing properties 5 so far in 2 months the last one they found 3 offers of asking price and then a guy comes in with his cheque book and buys it cash for his 2 daughters who stay at a boarding school near buy incase they want somewhere to go to chill the house was a 4 bed detached how much room do 2 girls need

saving wedge lets not go there either cos the 4k is my morgage repayment fees I could loose if we dont get moved soon and we cant pull out its the only house we have liked in a year of looking

our buyers are emigrating and want a pad in the UK, their daughter in OZ found a house on the 12th of a month and was moved in by the 29th why cant we have a system like that
