Default what size tyre ?

for 8x18 inch mo,s on a 2wd sapphire,and any probs with clearance?

IMO 225/35/18 is the best for clearance and grip
215/35/18 is best for clearance.
225/40/18 goes but rubs....alot

yeah but 35 will be very uncomfortable on damaged roads, no ?

215/35 Yes probably......
225/35 Not so much.......
