Tony, yeah thats about right, but the manifold, de-cat and exhaust come to the best part of Ł1500 
James PMSL @ killer squirrels, I was considering a Miltec sports cat, in the hope it would still pass the mot without the hassle of taking de-cat off and fitting a std cat once a year

Start saving your shopping list should include:
1: Not Bluefin IMO get an MSD chip or speak to Collins I read they do a new ECU flash with the best bits of AE,AF and some tweaks 
(if you do go bluefin get the decat file saves money later )
2: Uprate the Leads Magnecor or Ford Motorsport ones.
3: Denso ITV22 sparkplugs
4: Milltek Decat (changes the car totally best money ever spent )
5: K&N G2 sounds awesome and makes the rec circ valve chuff
6: Milltek Exhaust gets the best results on a FRS Mongnoose dont make the figures on the FRS ask NathR

If you want any proper adviced on tuning mate, ask me, Kevs a joker and only speaks from what he's read on forums, and from his slightly dubious rr result! As for manifold standing the test of time, mines lasted the year that Kevins STILL been waiting for his Miltek (which like the decat/system wont fit right ) and only cost me Ł340 and has given big GENUINE gains!

Guido of Elmer Motorsport in Germany is where I got mine mate, through -Sim- on ffoc.
Not sure if he still has any. Rumour has it that Mountune have some. Best to search through a few pages of threads in the RS section of ffoc mate, loads of info in there!

To my knowledge the only person who's done a back to back with the exhausts was Tony @ Pumaspeed who fitted Miltek to Robs old car and said it gained 20BHP! APML
ONE manifold has cracked to my knowledge but I'm sure the chap got his moneys worth before hand.
As for your 295BHP against my 285BHP with my extra 4-5psi boost, tubular manifold, chargecooler upgrade (did yours have that then), nothing short of comedy! I would've demanded a refund on the day!
