Yep, to be honest though I'd only manage it 2 or 3 times a year as it takes a couple of months good build up. Then I do as the name suggests and die
Fuck me that is like lifting 2 Broms over your head

I am 5ft 9in, 32 years old and weigh 12st.

I can eat a kebab in around 17 seconds!!

Sean..
Sean, a deadlift is just picking it up off the floor, there's no way I could get that over my head

Cool. My best has been 150kg bench and I've managed a 230kg squat, but thats using knee wraps as the weights are starting to take their toll on the joints

I'll go for about 30-40, but can't be bothered. Can do like 15-20 with claps in between (fast) and around 5-10 one handed, depending how much beer I've consumed.
Can benchpress around 95-100kg as don't work out much, which is why I'm 21, 5'7" and 14 stone

i used knee wraps as well cos my knees started giving my gyp. 230kgs is some going 5 plates n a bit either side init looks madder on your back than being picked up off the floor. i was an ultra chuffed wif me d/lift tho just split up wif a bird my head was rekd and i wa on a mission lol the way i felt i would have picked up 8 plates never mind 6!!! that was cool as well....a v strong powerlifter bloke ie 180kg bench (nice chap btw) seem me foin heavy deads that night asked if he could work in at 4 plates which he did with out a warmup prob didnt expect to goto 6 which i did and he had a go didnt even move the bar he must have been 18/19 stone .
from today i'm gona up me reps and cut up a bit not into the powerlifter type build which is what i get from heavy training and eating too much shite.

LMAO well your arms actually don't have a great deal to do with it it's more chest/shoulders......unless you're doing "Ryan style press-ups" If you're actually doing the press-ups until failure then you risk injury by not warming up first.

Apparently if you can do 40 plus outright you are very strong!
That is a rather misleading thing to say as there are 2 types of muscle fiber IIRC(power & endurance respectively). So if you have alot of Type 1 & not many of the Type 2 (ie. by genetics) then you will never be able to do a huge number of press-ups/whatever in comparison to someone who has loads of Type 2 & not many Type 1.

along with 400 sit ups via that ab bar thing that dont fuck the back
What a gimmicky pile of shit they are
Check out the carpet carrying Meat head

im 5'9 ish Weigh 11st 9. Last time was doing pushups i could warm up and do 50, a few stretches then 50 again. I can also do 10 one arm push ups on right and 6 on left before landing on my hooter
Check out the Jim Galbally look-alike
