have you ever had any problems with updating it ?

mine wont update you plug it in and go through all the mode internet connect bits and it comes up with the snoopers serial number and then a long pause and says unable to communicate with the snooper

tried all sorts to get it working

is it fecked ?

call em and they will sort it within 5 days

if not ask em about a road angel then they will help ya

 

i had this problem too .... if you have a firewall on it wont let you update so switch firewall off to update and it works
