Looks lovely and certainly deserves such careful knowledgeable treatment.
Meanwhile Porsches all over the country get their weekly dose of salty cheap car shampoo ground into the paintwork with a dirty old sponge and then hurriedly polished and left to rapidly oxidise in the sun.

shame you live so far.....would invite you to come 'detail' my car, for cash
only polished mine once and it came up really well for a 15 year old car
the hosepipe ban has put a hindrance on my car cleaning....well that, the girlfriend and my general lethargy
so p21s or nattys blue??????
the big decision

Rene - no, you should not leave out the polish and the paint cleanser. If you have no paint defects to correct, you leave out the polish and replace this stage with a paint cleansing stage - these chemically cleanse the paint. You should still do this stage, as it offers the best surface finish for the following stages to bond to. You should not go straight from clay, to finishing wax - the paint needs something inbetween.

No problem
As a note about some Meg's products - Meg's Tech wax isn't actually a wax, it contains a bit of everything - wax, cleaners and some sealants. Therefore it's good to use if you're in a hurry. After claying though, you should use a polish or paint cleanser before moving onto a product like Tech wax.
As for washes, Meg's Gold Class is good, and used to be my favourite - but Poorboy's Slick and Suds easily out performs it - i carried out back to back tests and the PB's is easily my favourite wash - the nice big bottle lasts a long time and is good value too

Next is indeed clay, followed by the Polish with Carnauba Blue. This will cleanse the paint and has some fillers to help hide swirls. However, you don't need to be using Professional Polish afterwards - this will cancel out the previous stage! It has a small amount of cut and will remove the fillers put down by the Carnauba Blue and give a different type of finish - you should be using one or the other depending on the finish you require.
Whichever you choose, follow with either Poorboy's EX or EX-P depending on what finish you're after, and then wax with Natty's Blue - it'll look great

Souveran
then
Natty's blue for a great wet look or P21 for showing the flake better.
As someone else mentioned tho the collinite will last longer than both but not as deep looking.

Next, glaze with ClearKote RMG to richen the colour. Seal this with Poorboy's EX-P to pop the flake, and finish with two coats of Natty's blue.
This is an ST170, but it's the same colour, so you get the idea:

Is it ok to use the Meguiars clay bar, then the Megs Cleaner wax, then Megs Gold glass. Or do I need to buy some of the cleaner polish?
In reality I am probably going to fuck off putting Gold glass on anyway so The cleaner wax will be fine yes?
Not after anything amazing finish wise.
What you reckon Megs experts?

Paste wax is like a pot of hair wax, clear and solid but goes like butter if you rub it. Way way better than liquid, I mean would you smear wet chalk over your car? You wouldn't would you?
It's just loads easy to use and means you don't get clumps of white sludge in places or white marks on black trim.
Megs do Gold Class and Cleaner Wax in Paste form.

True I did try to drive it the other day actually... battery was flat as its not been driven for months so went to take Boxster and did not notice it had a flat rear tyre. I drove it down the road... and it was so flat that the rim ripped a 5 inch gash in the tyre and I had to buy 2 new rears at almost Ł400
I gave up on driving for the day after that

Anyway since you asked here's what you need for the best gloss black finish:
1) Go over car with Fairy liquid, the salt in it will remove all the bug smears and any tar
2) Any scratches go over with a scouring pad, paint should be keyed ready for the next stage then
3) Apply boot polish, this is just the same as black t-cut colour restorer
4) Use vasaline instead of wax
Wash regulary with a antifreeze/brake fluid mix.
Or alternatively just read the thread from the start.
