500BHP power upgrade

Hi guys,
Need some info please. I want to take my 4x4 saff up to 500bhp and was wondering whats involved and what i need. i was thinking of going T4. is this wise?
i already have APs
Quaife box
Quaife diffs
AP 6 paddle clutch
so the transmission is sound i think
