Some advice dealing with anger
At the monent having major problems with my temper and anger levels does anyone here have any tips on how to help me deal with it

so try vent your anger by starting on someone, in all likelyhood unless you choose a child or the elderly youl get battered, and that should stop you being agressive and angry so much as your brain will associate your anger with you getting your fookin head kicked in
