Quick law question
Right last November i had a little run in with the police ie had a little play with an undercover ob car. I got arrested, interviewed etc relieced on bail. Went back for bail and was told to wait for my court date but i havnt heard anything since 
Isit true that the case gets droped after 6 months if you dont hear anything ?
I just wanna know where i stand.

I don't think so mate... it took them a looong to get me a court date for a similar offence. *just* when you start to relax and forget it about, it drops through the door.

Damn cos im sure when i saw a solictor for my last offence he said its a shame they didnt leave it another month (when i saw him they contacted me 5 months after)
