Michael has enough for his own Jet if thats any use 
He came in it to Melbourne a year and a bit ago for the GP with his family. Think he actually flew it too.

What they are worth. So varies from driver to driver.
Can cost a team 20 million to take .5 second off a lap time, or they can pay shumacher a couple of million a race and him take double that off!
These days they make a lot of money through sponsorship too.

no theres no pay as u go driver in f1 @the mo
schuy gets 32 millon dollars off ferrari and if he wins the champ he will get anothe 6 mil bonus off malboro and he also gets around another 18/24 million off endorsements
lucky guy gets good money and does a job he loves
