I,m on 02 at the minute with a d500 phone
How can i set it up so that i can send a picture from my phone to my pc??
I,ve thrown away the manual for it aswell

What you after doing Andy sending and receiving emails on your phone ?

If not the other methods are either like as said bluetooth or infrared or via a cable, any of these should come with their on instructions

If it the email option you want, if you pm me an email address I have an email they sent me that I could forward to you with all the O2 email settings It tells you how to do it step by step for a K750i but the settings would be the same if you can navigate about your menus

I have a photo on my phone that i want to send to my pc so i can put it on for sale ad

Agree with the d500 being shite

does it and your pc not have infrared ?

Open the pic and look for some sort of options button and look for summit like "send by" that way at least you will know what options you have got

I managed to set up my N70 to email pics to an email address - but the main problem I found with that was it on'y emails a thumbnail sized pic - not the full size 1600x1200 pic

I bought a bluetooth USB dongle for my PC and it is SOOOOO much easier send pics that way! Free to send from or to, just as quick (if not quicker as no waiting for the email to come in if your email server is busy or the phone companies service is busy)

1.via mms
2.via email
3.via bluetooth
4.via infered
When press 2 via email it say,s set account information first???

That is what I was asking if you wanted sending to your email address in my first post all the O2 settings for email

Would need some of your Isp's settings to receive enails to your phone tho, but just to send them all u need would be in the enail I would send you

But as said you would have to find the equivalent settings in your phone as the dummy instructions are for my phone not the d500

Has your pc not got infrared then that would be your easiest option

Theres loads of ways to do with a d500, just you havent put your hand in your pocket to buy anything

I use a bluetooth dongle with my d500 and with that i can send pics/vids to pc and from pc to phone all with no wires

I know it doesnt help you right now but id get a bluetooth dongle for in future, saves arseing around with email and setting it up!

Actually find it harder to get my bluetooth working than setting up the email account on the phone, mind O2 were great with the info the sent me and the dodgy dongle I bought off fleabay come with about 3 discs and only one would work

Found the cheapest and easiest to be the infrared dongle, just plug it in and away u go, not so good for files tho but ok for pics

When it asks to set up email account, just enter YOUR own Email address.

It worked with my Nokia at the same point.

You can still send to your own email address as well.
