Had a really shit day at work today, got home and had to make a couple of calls and wasn't really looking forward to it!

Firstly spoke to Vodafone about my phone bill, got straight through to them, no messing about at all and the guy was english too! No bloody foreign call centres where they aint got a clue what their doing!
The guy sorted everything first time so well chuffed with that

Next had to speak with HIC who wrote the policy on my Series 1, not only have they already provided a stunning quote and spot on service but I had to change one or two things tonight and the guy was spot on about it all! Again, well chuffed with them!

Would recommend either of these companies to anyone!

This is the 1st year i have been with HIC and they've been pretty cool when i've rung them up

When i first got my quote it was hard work, as the girl was new and being listened in on. Had to triple check my engine mods with her as she didn't know what they were at all

The best bit was when she asked me what power a std rst made.. couldn;t say much as i didn;t know either, so i was just as bad

I was with HIC for two years and throughly recommend them - and they were such a breeze to switch to after being with Adrian Flux who were complete shit and had no end of problems with!

im sure there sister companys, was with AF then come renewal time hic beat there quote , so was with them 2 years, then got my renewal from hic , phoned them to enquire about an import any they wouldnt touch it! but said there sister company would addrian flux! asked about the import and then asked about my sierra.they then beat hic!

cant figure insurance companys out, kinda puts me off getting a new car and going through all the hastle!
