FINALLY!!!! I've Got My Car Set-Up!!!
Tomorrow (Friday) at Power Engineering 
Places ya guesses as to the outcome
My spec is:
Pro Alloy Intercooler
Pro Ally Rad
Mongoose Zorst
K&N Cone Filter
-31 Actuator
Completley standard (although rebilt and run-in) engine
And theres a 50/50 chance i have a chipped ECU..... As i can't remember
I'm thinking circa
140-160bhp unchipped
and
180 - 200bhp chipped with the obligatory bleed valve
Can i have a bleed valve with the ECU unchipped?
Oh and BTW................. I'm shitting bricks

Well i've just got back and the results were:
181bhp @ 5066rpm & 206 LBS/FT peak torque @ 18 psi max boost

About time you had that Cabby Set up Paul. Your in safe hands with either Chris or Iball
I reckon the limiting factor to your power output will be either that intercooler with high ACT's or the KE fueling, Also Chris doesnt like to run more than 18psi held on a engine with std rods
If your ECU is chipped a 18psi held would make your the better side of 200bhp with a nice 200+ lbft
Yes you can use a bleed valve with or without a chipped ecu. The bleed valve is there just to allow the tuner to set the boost up after the actuator tension is set correctly, once the bleed valve is set up DONT TOUCH EVER!
After you drove mine back from P.E you know what roughly to expect and feel power wise

It Wasnt Me!
chipped - 180bhp (16Psi should suffice i'd reckon) (remember a good stg1 is around the 180bhp mark, and his spec is pretty much stg1 with the addition of an intercooler, butwith no cam, however a new std cam is good!)
unchipped - 150bhp
Get rid of the cone filter and give it a better chance of lower ACT's for kick off!
