having a full system fitted tomorrow to my FRS and im sure its gona show an engine management fault whent it sees theres no cat there. my mate said theres some sort of adaptor to put on there so it bypasses it as a fault. any ideas where i can get this from and how much it will cost?
also will the fault clear once i put the thing on there or will i have topay some garage £25 to clear it for me?

If you're putting a decat in, it will show a fault from the 2nd oxygen sensor, it won't appear staright away, but once the light is on it won't go out until you either get a MIL eliminator (sensor frig) or by a bluefin with decat file.

Have a look on the RSOC BB in the Focus RS chat section, loads of info about both.

The fault light doesn't do any harm, had mine on for months, but may make the engine run rich.

Excellent mod, the decat, makes a huge difference.
