Sent an upgrade back to them 1st class recorded because i thought the phone was Barcleys,
Tracked it and it says delivered, also recieve a conformation Email from O2 saying phones recieved,
Do rings up wanting to order a new phone
G - "I want a new phone"
O2 dobber - "Sorry sir, we have no conformation on recieving your return"
G - "Thats funnt, i have, conformation code the works, do you want the code"
O2 dobber - "The cose is irrelevant to me as we use a diffrent system"
G - "So you lot will tell me that the phones been recieved, but want tell yourselves, seems abit fucked"
O2 dobber - "Yeh, ring back next week and it may be on the system"


Fucked up or what, not really had any problems with O2 till now, but on a good note at least the call centre is in England and not 'Dave from Delhi'

O2 are complete tossers, It took them 3 months to return my faulty XDA I also had "we have not received your faulty item" several times needless to say I cancelled my contract as soon as the replacement arrived

I've had the same treatment as well!

I've had my contract for about 18 months now and i went to get an upgrade a couple of months ago and it says on there sytem that i've already had one which i blatently havent so i cant get one!

i have to say , that , i left orange recently because of there service ( was not impressed - gone downhill) left to go to 02, what a mistake customer service is fookin shit, network coverage is shit, the whole experiance i have had in the last three months of dealing with 02 has been shit.

wont be going back to them when my contract is up.

i had loads of problems with o2, they sent me a broken refurbed phone to repace my brand new phone!! idiots.. and they told me id have to pay to send it back.. wasnt happy, wrote a letter of complaint, no answer, wouldnt pass me onto the complaints dept, but found a number from an old complaint, rang and said this is ridiclulous, and they reduced my contract from Ł35 to Ł30 for 750 xnet mins and 750 texts, and sent me a brand new phone the next day, and i got to keep my broken one the z320i and the only thing broken was the camera... fabbo so give it a whirl katie xx
