i know someone who was in a simialr situation. which is why i'm picking on things like "estimate speed of up to" and knowing its quite likely it could all be bollocks.
was he driving dangerously? who knows, certainly not the acident investigators by the sounds of it.
Death by DD does carry a minimum of a jail sentance tho
but the definition of DANGEROUS driving over CARELESS driving is huge, and a lot of people get prosecuted for the WRONG one. its intended for people racing about driving like COMPLETE COCKS who kill smeone, ie spome twat drag racing outside a school and skidding into a bus stop full of kids.
its not intended for people who lose control and people die as a result of the ACCIDENT.
