but just let me say that i came on here coz ui am a ford fan, i drive a fez zetec and a transit and so i thought i would have been welcome here !

If your wanting to loose weight, try slimming world, i was on that diet for a bit an it was rather easy to stick to!
You gonna try toning up too?
If you ever feeling like breaking the diet, either llook at a picture of what you wanna look like, or look at your kids, at least try to loose weight for them if you cant do it for your own health!
