Default Cosworth Turbo and oil pressure quesion ???

I have a -6 AN fitting on my oil inlet on the normal T34 turbo (esccos) - but I am reading that with too high of oil pressure, it's not so healthy for the turbo seals. I also see on ebay (I know - not the best information site) that there should be a restrictor on the oil inlet to so-called lower the oil pressure to the turbo.

What do the experts think? -6 too big or fine and don't worry about it?

cheers!

way too big pal, it will flood the bearinghousing completely and will bypass the rings, the restrictor should be approx 3mm, mine is less due to a full flow bearing housing.

Yikes - I guess I'll get right on that and get it restricted - so about 1/8" or 3 mm then

Thanks for the help!
