Default Laptop sat nav

Anyone got any decent software (free or freely available ) that runs well on a laptop (Xp)?

You need to have a gps antenna to use sat nav, you can only use autoroute or the new program from microsoft that has the gps with it, cost £79 from pc world.

I have the autoroute that comes with the GPS module. I have to say, it isnt perfect, but very very very cheap compared to others, and has proper maps of whole of Europe (to street level).

Biggest irritation is that if you wander off route, you have to press F3 to get it to recalculate. I am not sure I understand why this couldnt happen automatically! MAybe Microsoft couldnt afford to sort the problem. LOL
