Long studs...........

Whats the process for fitting the studs to the block then the process for doing up the nuts etc after?! and also are the torque settings the same as standard etc or different?!
Just bought a long studded 200block but it needs building up as its bare!!

Are they not torqued up the same as the stretch bolts thou?! as you still use 4 stretch bolts with the long studs.
and stretch bolts are done in 3 stages.............

As obviously normally you'd do all the bolts before going to the next stage, if that makes any sense

by "usual order i meant 5,6,3,8,4,7,2,9,1,10 type thing, as for getting to the 90 ft lb i usually do them all to 30, then check them all at 30 twice more as the first couple you tighten will now be loose,
once they are all at 30 then i move on to 60ftlb and check again,
then finally do them all to 90 and check,
the 4 outer bolts i use "used" standard head bolts and they are tightened as part of the sequence to the same torques
