im wanting to put my standard sierra cosworth up to stage 1. could anyone tell wot boost i can run safe. and wot i have to do fueling wise

you will need a new chip, and -31 actuator.the boost will then be set to around 1 bar,making roughly 260-270bhp.

DON'T do it yourself though,take it to Motorsport Developments (very near to you ) and they'll sort it
