Default PF Golfers...................

Must be my lucky week!

Just shot a 77 on a par 72( 5 over). 9 pars, 3 birdies. Played out of my skin! Best ive done yet and only my 4th round since november

That's good effort mate!

I eagled a Par 4 a little while back with the biggest fluke ever!

Drove off with a 3 straight into a bit of undergrowth on the right of the fairway, but still in play. Then played an ugly looking 3 iron most of the way along the floor, onto the green, and it dropped in.

Not dignified behaviour, but I ran round like an American on the last hole of the Ryder Cup!

So true

We played out in Tenerife about 6 years ago whilst on holiday "with the lads" etc....

They required us to hit a bucket on the driving range to prove that we were of acceptable standard. My mate Ollie tees up the first one, spears it 90 right, straight through someone's window

Was a good course though - black sand..... I know cos I was in it a fair bit

I saw something about the black sand on the Golf channel! Supposed to be better. IIRC it is crushed and ground volcanic rock! Looks a bit different!

been for a few lessons now tho and he's ironing out my tech problems. just need to get out there more - too much time in the office and not enough play!

well done lee, I was playing well the other day until the 16th when I hit 3 OOB off the tee
then did it again on the 17th!!!
playing 7 off the tee is no fun!! lol

Did that last week on the par 5 11th which i birdied this week!!! Tee'd up, gave it some, straight O.O.B. Teed up again, Exact same bloodt spot Put the driver away and knocked a 3 wood straight down the middle....took a 10 That was a bad round from there on in....
