I had the exact same noise when putting my car in reverse on full lock, changed everything on the front end. Took it to Brom to let him have a check and it turned out it was the captive nut on the anti roll bar. Worth a look mate.

I did all that mate and couldn't find nothing, when Brom & Sean had it on the ramp they got a big bar and put it in between the TCA and anti roll bar, that when we heard the noise and where it was coming from. Even when jacked up with the wheels were in the air i thought the captive nut was tight.

hmmmm mine doesnt do it all the time has only ever odne it once... Surely if the captive nut in the floor (which the ARB bracket bolts to) if loose/£cuked, you wouldnt be able to undo/tighten the bolt going into it

You probably could undo it but could be tricky.

I scratched my head for weeks mate, checked every nut and bolt, BUT would only make the CLUNK in reverse on full lock. Changed TCA's, bushes, Steering components etc, to find it was that nut spinning inside

Hope you find the problem mate, as i know myself its a pain when you can't find out what the problem is.

Exactly, So I would know straight away, as I have had those bolts in/out LOADS of times with no probs

I'll try it
