Yeah i have done it

Not the most straight forward conversion, but when done makes a wicked work van

All 3 of my van's have been EFi Turbo
apart from one which was shite but it came with MFi!! I didnt put MFi into an L reg Fiesta Van

all the loom, new power steering rack, fuel lines petrol tank and 16v zetec with boost valve and chipped into me work van.
