When they say it runs out on the 26th for instance, does this mean it literally runs out 00:01 26th or 00:01 27th? as I need to drive somewhere tonight..

Also, if you have had an MOT and it fails is the old MOT still legit?

 

Will be the END of 26th.... so 00:00 on the 27th

 

as long as you have time left on your old mot you can use it till it runs out as that test was valid till its expiry date
