Looks like a late spec small turbo...........nice milage, IMO it's a bargain...............c

Hong Kong import and low milage .......................... yeah right 
Theres alot of Jap imports that have milage adjustments for the uk market
And if you were importing a uk car to a jap dealer it would be easy to get more for your car by lowering the milage and "losing" its history.
