Default Quick PC question

What is a Prescott P4???

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=58516

Looking at getting this and a few other bits. Just want to know the difference between a Prescott and a normal chip. It seems the Prescotts have 1mb cache, but are cheaper than 512k ones :S
