cheers mate, went and saw this car today, the guy descrided it as mint with no rust.got there,took one look at the petrol cap that was well rotten, under the door rubbers was also well rotten 
the nice red interior was very grubby
he let me drive it and was not impressed, first off on tick over it wasnt ticking over properly was hunting and rattling,very hard to get in gear. ive owned 5 rs turbos and never found one so arkward to get into gear.
on the test drive i noticed a loud rumbling which i thought in my head my be wheel bearing or something. he said it was the new avon tyres needed wearing in
oh and the brakes....well what brakes
he said he loved my golf and wanted to do a deal,said i would have a think about it lol
so thats my saturday wasted looking at a "mint fiesta rst"
cant believe how quickly this car has gone downhill after i saw it 2 years ago at an rsoc meeting on show. i fell in love with this car then
no doubt some gary boy will pay the £4500 for it but i will be keeping the gti for now so still rs less
