Read the post again i said cossies rst's focus's whatever you come up with but they must all have the same mods as mine no more, thats exhaust and filter. Turbo is fine just running standard boost which imo is more than fair and puts me at a disadvantage considering mine is a 1.8 normally aspirated.
Now stop dodging the question and find me an RS running STANDARD boost

I'm used to seeing them unfortunatly normally up on bastard axel stands with a phone call that start like this "Mark me cars fooked again fire your tools up and have a look for us" funny enough i was fitting a bottom arm tonight on a series2

Right get Plynchy fired up sounds about as fair as humanly possible both modern well mine 6 years old
mine 1.8 non turbo 187bhp standard

0-60 times are all well and good but when do you get to do a full bore launch in normal road driving. I mean i aint stopping dead on a duel carriageway its just asking for someone to come flying up behind us and wipe us both out. 2nd gear roll on about 30 40 mph is about ideal for both of us imo all the way to flat out where my indicated 156 will see you and that focus getting smaller

So when we having a bust up then, the teg is pretty good off the line not far behind a few scoobies on the quarter yesterday off the mark and that was in the wet
Either that or i will pop along to the next meet if your cars are out from hybernation to stop them rotting over the winter

I would really like to race carl cause its him that is always commenting for no reason

Now bri hows you from what ive heard from dicko the TEG wasnt slow mate but if you want to race alps im sure he will take you on think you mite just beat him. As he has said he wants to race me but me boy racer days are ova and ive grew out of that s--t . Maybe one day alps will grow up to and find how valueable his liesense is...

As for growing up, thats what i did and got myself a reliable car to get me to and from work without the worry of waking up 1 morning and knt being able to get there cause my car wont start.
I love my rs's but the fact is there old and unreliable that is fact, its not cause fords are shit that there unreliable its cause there old.
What you going to do in 10 years time when escort turbo's are 25 years old and not viewed as a classic cause imo the series2 never will be, still lash thousands at it or come to your senses and realise fords ain the b all and end all of motoring and face facts that for everyday motoring and the odd trackday the jap stuff is far supirior.
And as for keeping my licence and growing out of that boy racer shit i will gladly race you round teesside autodrome where i doubt there are any gatso's

Now then alps the cleveland rsoc are having a track nite on 24th june 5pm till 10pm so if you want to come along its £50 not a bad price to rag ya car and take on a few fords as for me ill be just making sure that things run smooth so unfortunatly im not on track as my car was built for show perpose and not to be kill sorry to dissapoint you. But realy if you to go on track and ahve a good laugh with sum ford buffs your more than welcome but be quick places are going fast.
