Wooo Wooo just had the meeting with Nandos and the package WELL FOOK me
Salary is as expected but the icing on the cake is
They have a partnership program which is normally 18mths befroe included BUT at Director level its immediate entry
The way it works is as follows
The company is valued in Jan 2006 at Ł220 Miliion
The company is then revalued in 2009 and will be around the Ł400 Million has they will have almost double the number of stores etc
Then because its privately owned the owner gives 5% of the equity back to the TEAM at all levels , The higher you are the more you get
So 2006 - 2009 is a Ł180million movement
5% is around Ł9Million
As an RD my expected value is Ł250,000 FOOOK ME KNOCK ME DOWN WITH A FOOOKING FEATHER
This is then paid out at 6mths intervals over the next 2.5 years then when that Ends another one starts so basically every 6mths after my first 3 years ill be getting Ł50k payments that are taxed at 10% Wooo Hoo so ill get Ł45k
The guy i met today as so far received Ł372k since he satrted 7 years ago
