Whats the usual charge for a Finders fee with estate agents?
going to look at a house to rent next week, and never realised there was a "finders Fee" that the estate agent charge YOU to get a place. They are asking £300 from us, which i thought was a joke TBH, considering my mum/friends pay about £170. Any ideas?
