Default rs500 cams

just got the car, it,s on greys 24psi,but has bd10,s.i have heard these cams run lean, would it be better with standard cams.?

How can cams run lean?

Greys at 24psi; I doubt it's running lean. Chances are its either on a stage 3 chip with the wrong injectors or it should be running 30psi!

If you are worried about the fuelling, the best thing to do (or with any car you have just bought really) is to take it to Stu @ MSD or Karl Norris or similar, take it out on the 'private test track' with a lambda probe in a check it all out! They don't charge much for this at all, well worth doing as it could melt the first time you go flat out otherwise!
