As you probably know its possible to browse through the items people have bought/sold by browsing there feedback.

Is there anyway to stop people doing this? Even if its just for certain items?

you can make your feedback private - but i personally would never buy from someone like that, for all you know the last 5 transactions or whatever could have been cons
