Default Misfire again at high end NOW SORTED!

Put a post up a few days ago about a misfire at around 6k only did it after a sustained thrashing...had AGP071's in thought it was a plug gone down...so put in a set of Denso ones and yesterday it started again BUT on the BR8ES NGK plug no problems whatsoever....so does this suggest my engine didnt like the colder plugs as i assume this NGK is hotter?.....Sorted though 8200rpm limiter and brown pants...its sooo fun go round a very slight corner and plant it and the thing just lights the rear wheels up..MENTAL

What Densos were you using- ive seen the type most use & they are wrong. The correct grade will last a long time in a 500bhp engine.
Rod
ps.
The aim is not too light up the tyres Phil . Cant go very quick with wheels spinning. Mine is squirt & go with shall we say a tad more Power

Rod i am talking along country lanes....uneven roads...yours would struggle more! LOL.

Plugs are IK31 i think...the thing is the plugs are not fucked...if you let the car cool down abit and then thrash, misfire goes until its got too hot!!!I guess hi comp needs a hotter plug is it?

if no det or missfire, the only worry u have is melting one. Denso make loads of plugs - the PP8's in friedsn fiesta turbo are denso. Have u tried another new set of 071's? Also, ive had problems with 909 leads not making a proper contact to the plug, but once they're right, they're right.
