not to sure mate really all i do know is mfi is mechanical and efi is electronic so mfi mybe easier to play with.
Ive seen a few mfi turbo but not sure if they have more power would have only imagined they are only 5/10bhp diffrents.
Same block just diffrent inlet think you can run a efi unit on a mfi part from bit off the wiring.
