converting a 3gp video file *SORTED vid clip now included!*

to anything like an avi that i can put on putfile or google video,hows it done,ive tried a few things and when i upload them its just sound!

got a vid of me in me car taken on my bro's camera phone (nokia something) and wanna put it on net!help please!

The vid you sent me had sound mate and that was 3gp, might be your PC?
