Ive re used my cometic rocker cover gasket a few times and had no probs Pete. As long as the gasket is intact and has a clean surface id say it would be ok to re use once more on the sump.

I defo wouldn't re use a cometic headgasket again thou.

Ive got a cometic sump gasket ready to go on my 3dr but it aint a alloy and sponge/rubber coated jobby like the rest in the set...just looks normal. Its deffo a cometic gasket...has their name all over it lol I'd chuck on a new gasket regardless...for the cost of a new 1 against the grief of having to change a leaking reused gasket it aint worth the hassle lmo

Dont think Cometic even recommend reusing them anyhows...thats just something that garages came up with.

Stu.
