First niggly problem...HELP

Default First niggly problem...HELP

....now at 6k revs on any boost i hit like a rev limiter...it goes bang bang...now the limter hard cut is set to 8200rpm so i cant be that...unless my rev counter is out?...Only thing i have tried is closing the spark plug gap to 0.5mm...and no difference...everything else is new...i think it only does it after its got fully fully warmed..not sure though cant remember What van it be?...i must admit i am using old std ford leads and i mean old...trying a set of 909 leads tommorrow...could a plug be down...they are new?

Doug no it does it at 25psi too and karl said no probs to 35psi peak!

Rick i have not tried

The only other thing i have done temporaraly is put a bleed valve in the actuator to amal line...would that effect the ECU to throw its dummy?
