help...reg no check.....

whats the website where you can check a vehicle details of when it was last taxeed/owners etc, i want to check an old forklift reg no i have.....just curious

cant find it though...its a 30 year old forklift that was used on a farm...so prob hasnt been taxed for 29 years!
