If you would not mind answering few question for me in your own time as not in rush at now. I having engine recondition in next month is 1600 zetec s engine with new race cam and will require a chip i am told.
I like to drive the car to you for mapping, i enquired for tow truck and too much money. What can i do, is possible to post you my ecu and cam details to make a basic map then drive to you for full program?
Next question is i want to run normal 95 ron everyday economy and higher 97 ron for performance this is possible? Can the chip raise rev limiter as cam will have high power band, what other features can i make use of from your chip is it like unichip?
Thankyou
Evy & Greenwood

Not possible even with chip? if map to 97ron can it run 95ron or would this damage engine? The car is fiesta, the engine is from 2003 register zetec s with eec-v ecu.

if its mapped for 97 and you use 95 it could det and blow the engine.
i dont think you'll want to use 95ron tho, as the 97 will return better MPG (its more efficient) so the increased cost of the fuel will be ofset by the lower fuel consumption, so it wont cost any more money to run the car
