here is a place that do
i http://www.camcoat.u-net.com/ think its about £80 for a manifold to be done

Anyone care to give any factual (ie non-rumour, as heard tons of that) of the noticable effects, good and bad of wrapping/coating manifold, exhaust housing, and exhaust.
Only effect ive physicly seen is a R5GTT manifold disintergrating when wrapped, and suprisingly, considering the rumours, hard abused cheap ebay tubular manifold surviving fine even though heat wrapped.
Performance effects id be interested in more than less enginebay heat.

personally i've never seem any problems and all drag headers I've fabricated in the last 5yrs have bee coated, they cool off so much faster also. my manifold was the first cast item i've had coated and it has dulded but not fell off, it does reduce heat very well though. not facts just experience.
Wouldn't bother with cam coat cermachrome as it flakes off.
I've used it in the past
Its just like a ceramic liquid thats sprayed on and baked in the oven.
I'd go with Zircon Coatings, fast turnaround and fantastic quality.
Zirconia is one of the best thermal ceramics available for this application
http://www.zircotec.com/
They use plasma flame depostion to spray it on
As used in Aerospace industry and F1 so it speaks for its self.
Works well on my car

Reduces underbody heat considerably and is supposed to keep the heat in the exhaust which speeds up air flow and increases power
I got it done to stop my bonnet melting

how about the benefits of internal rather than external coatings? (if this is even paractical in this case.. ?)
On turbo applications, it must be beneficial to retain as much heat as possible in the exhaust gas before it reaches the turbine.
