Default Improving your Memory...Any advice???

To put it bluntly i have a crap memory...

But its getting to the point now where my employer is getting pi**ed off because i keep forgetting to do things...

Im worried i could lose my job as im still in a probationary period.

Ive been searching the net for anything designed to help improve memory.

Anyone have any advice???

get a pet elephant, they never forget apparantly.
Just write stuff down mate to help jog your memory, people say visualisation is helpful and also the way people remember the sequence of a full deck of cards and stuff.
