What was going on here then!?
i parked up somewhere near these houses while i waited for my mum to go see the doctor, anyway this lady parks next to me in a nearly new renault meagane, she gets out and i see shes using this stick and shes wearing these big dark shades(bit like stevie wonder!), so shes walking by the passenger side of my car and i can hear her tapping the sides of my car with the stick and just generally acting as if she cant see sh*t 
How the hell does she drive a car if she cant even walk without hitting things?, she must have hit my car with her stick 3-4times, i almost got out
she was obviously partially sighted, fair play, but how can she drive a car? your eye sight has to be(or should be) pretty damn good if your driving a car otherwise your putting other people in danger
